The prize must be honoured by DECEMBER 31st 2024 due to increase in materials and printing costs. 

These prizes MAY NOT be exchanged for monetary value*.

Postage of physical prizes must be to a UK address.

INVITATIONS

At least 8 weeks is required for the creative and print process of your invitations.

The prize for invitations covers the design and creation of up to 101 wedding invitations only.

These must be created using the Deabill & Quince Patina Collection offer.

The prize includes a choice of any of the Patina Collection patterns.

A bespoke pattern is not included but can be additional on request.

If you require more than 101 wedding invitations you will need to cover the cost of printing for the additional invitations only.

Envelopes are included in this giveaway.
Postage stamps for rsvps and individual invites is not included.

Postage of all invites to one UK address is included and will come via APC overnight.

Wax seals and ribbon are included in the prize however specialist print techniques such as hot foil or letterpress will incur an additional fee.

You will receive a complimentary kick off zoom call with Freya to discuss your stationery and enjoy the same VIP treatment as her paying couples.

1:1 ZOOM WITH WEDDING PLANNER LOUISE BARCOCK, BIG GREEN SPACE

The prize can be booked at an appropriate time during your wedding planning process depending on availability.

You will liaise with Louise directly to find a time that suits you both.

2 hour max zoom call.

This does NOT include any wedding planning or on the day services.

It is a Q&A only with one of the best UK wedding planners about your day.

PEAS IN A POD EARRINGS

Studs will feature Lab Grown Ethical White Diamonds and 18 Carat Yellow Gold.

There is an option for 18 Carat White Gold instead if noted at time of winning.
*On this occasion Rosie is willing to trade the prize of the 'Peas in a Pod' white diamond stud earrings for a voucher against any of her wedding bands for the monetary value of £350.00. This can only be used in conjunction with a purchase of a full price item from her website shop. If you wish to receive a voucher instead of the studs this must be announced immediately at time of winning the prize.

1:1 ZOOM - VOWS WRITING WITH CELEBRANT NAT RAYBOULD

The prize can be booked at an appropriate time during your wedding planning process depending on availability.

You will liaise with Nat directly to find a time that suits you both.

50 mins zoom call, to be claimed in one single Zoom session.
The couple must be getting married in 2024 or 2025.

CAKE TASTER BOX

This will include 6 flavours of wedding cake from Kate at Dolce Lusso.

These must be posted to a UK address. We apologise they cannot be sent abroad.

ALWAYS ANDRI - CONCEPT VISUALISATION

The prize includes a hand drawn digital illustration of the ceremony set up with florals e.g. an arch, pedestal arrangement etc

The prize can be booked at an appropriate time during your wedding planning process depending on availability.

At least 3 weeks is required for the Illustration to be completed

You will liaise with Andri via email to give the brief - she will need high res reference images of venue and floral set up. Andri is happy to liaise with your booked florist for to receive the references.

You will receive your illustration as a high-res image via Dropbox

T&Cs & DATA

You must have a confirmed date with your wedding venue to enter the Wedding 101 competition this ensures that the winner will get the most out of the prize.

You can tag multiple times and/or share to your stories any posts on instagram for an extra entry.

If entering on behalf of someone else you MUST inform the couple getting married before doing so, we want the winners to be fully engaged to get the best experience from the competition and resulting prize.

If the winner picked on the 14th Feb 2024 does not claim their prize within 48 hours or decides not to honour the prize I will make a re-selection from the remaining entries live on Instagram and contact the new winner, the same conditions apply.

 

Your email address will ONLY be shared with the other suppliers involved in this competition for purposes of posting and liaising with any prize details. They may use this for their newsletters but you will always be able to opt out and your data will not be shared on by any of those involved.
